Examination office not available from 25.09.2024 up to and including 30.09.2024

The Examination Office will be closed due to illness from 25.09.2024 up to and including 30.09.2024.

You can send us your requests by e-mail or post. We will process your requests successively from 01.10.2024.

Final theses must be submitted by post.

Changes to the opening hours and submission modalities for applications in the summer semester 2024

For official reasons, office hours at the Examinations Office (by telephone and on site) will only take place from 09:00 to 11:30 in the summer semester 2024.

All applications and internship reports together with the associated documents and required signatures can be submitted to the Examinations Office by email (to Ms Braunroth or Ms Schuster) from your student email address with immediate effect. Please note the responsibilities. Alternatively, submission by post is also possible. Submission on site is no longer necessary! You are welcome to use the mailbox of the Examination Office next to room 128 (Große Steinstraße 73, 06108 Halle/Saale).

A short confirmation of receipt will be sent by e-mail within one week.

Please note that final theses may still not be posted in the letterbox.
